Although not Covid specific, the guidelines below can help counselors navigate difficult and sensitive conversations with their campers around many issues including Covid, privacy, appropriate behaviors and sexuality. Engaging in role play activities to help staff practice is a great way to help staff know how to respond when these situations occur.
